bratislava, budapest, presov, and paradise
Thanks for your patience while we've been away from easy internet access. We missed being able to keep in touch with people this way, but we were definitely grateful for the nice/needed break away the hustle and bustle of daily life here. Our school holiday gave us an opportunity to travel a bit - we visited our volunteer coordinators in Bratislava, explored the city of Budapest, looked for Jon's roots and enjoyed the second hand store meccas of Kosice and Presov (Slovakia).Following our travels, we spent the weekend in the mountains with our fellow Eurasian missionaries. Our hotel was quite comfortable, and the mountains were beautiful; however, it was the opportunity to be with everyone again and to hear the latest news that was the greatest blessing. Each missionary site has its own challenges, unique circumstances, and benefits, and it was intersting to hear how everyone is navigating those. It also made me newly grateful for what we have been blessed with here in Poland.
